We want you to love your Malik Crochets piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 60 days of your delivery date.
Return Window
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. After 60 days, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Free from signs of wear, washing, or alteration
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@malik-crochets.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note: We offer refunds only — we do not process exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@malik-crochets.com with a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@malik-crochets.com.
